Get a cartridge or a decent disposable. That is what I do.

Get the Gillette Guard and a few cartridges from West Coast Shaving or ebay and you'll be set.

I have reasonably fond memories of the Sensor, but it's 4 times the price of the Atra, at least where I live, and the cartridges are more like 5 times the price.
