I joined Badger & Blade in July 2016 and have thoroughly enjoyed listening and learning from the many experienced members found in this wonderful corner of the internet. And last week I actually had a moment when I was able to provide a bit of assistance to someone's question, so apparently I am absorbing some knowledge.
B&B is known for having generous members and I have been thrilled to receive a few PIFs which have and continue to brighten my days.
As many other have experienced, I have allowed Acquisition Disorder to reign for a while, but now is the time to quash its uprising. So I will relinquish some of my finds to those who will enjoy them on a regular basis.
With this in mind, and because I have reached 777 posts today (not exactly a massive number), but considering it is associated with an important event in my life, I wanted to celebrate with a PIF.
I will actually be doing seven different PIFs in seven forums:
1. Shave Clinic & Newbie Check-in
2. General Shaving
3. Double Edge Razors
4. Single Edge Razors
5. Shaving Brushes
6. Soaps
7. General Straight Razors
General shaving PIF:
Vintage Walnut Soap Bowl
Vintage Made Rite 1000 Pure Badger Brush
The bowl is classic dark wood which will come alive when sealed. The brush is floppy, but will be a beauty when fitted with a new knot.
All you have to do is say "I'm In."
This is open to anyone with 50 or more posts, however, if you are international I would simply ask you to cover shipping. Winner will be chosen via random selection in 7 days (3/21/17).
