It does sort of appear that way. It caught me too. Since it's inside a quote and therefore italicized, the double quote is kind of hidden. But it is there. Copy it and paste it somewhere without the italics, to prove it to yourself.My eye sight must be getting bad. I could have sworn on the computer it looks like a single quotation mark.
