I came across 9 chess pieces, all full of juice, in an antique mall priced at $,50 each. I wouldn't wear it but I almost feel compelled to buy at that price.,,,,what would you do?

What was in it? Spice or Wild Country? I'd go for it ... it's great stuff! 
Simple advice at that price! Don't knock it till you've tried it!
I would have bought them in a heart beat at that price! I'd also use them!
Vintage Avon is some of the best aftershave that can be had, period!

There were a few of the spice and a few of the wild country. I'm not knocking them I just don't think I would use them because they seem like a strong smelling aftershave. Maybe I will give one a shot.
That's a buy, especially to get all for such a low per piece price. Go for it.
I would wear any of them as long as it wasn't Wild Country. Those are decent prices though.
I would buy at that price. Avon Chess pieces sell for anywhere from $5.00 to $20.00 on Ebay.
If you collect bottles, this sounds too good to pass up. I'm a user, not a collector, myself.
I have purchased many vintage aftershave bottles full of juice, empty the contents into another more usable bottle and take the empty decanters to a donation center.

Awesome price! Definitely buy... at least one of each to try them out. Do you like vintage Old Spice? Then you'll love Avon Spicy! If you like Pinaud Clubman, then you'll probably like Wild Country as well. The chess pieces came in a few other scents, so you might also find Oland, Tai Winds, Deep Woods, Blend 7, Protein Hair Lotion, or Electric Pre Shave lotion as well.
