Lower body. Lower body for me means very light and careful lifting as i intend never to aggravate the disk problem I have. However it is something, and combined with healthy (ish) eating I will get this weight off.

Squirrel. Lost focus and my butt came up first. Too busy laughing at the class and what foolishness they were doing.
