Mile Repeats with my running club.
4.3 trail miles. Been awhile since I've been out here due to work hours extending past daylight. Everything is dry, but many sandy spots. Happy yo do it in less than 9:00s with the heat.

5K after a post work nap under a rising moon. Easy. Just doing what the body tells me tonight.

First run of 2017.
3 miles, nice and easy. The first 1.25 miles was with my two kids and two dogs. My son ended up going running a few other times that day, at 0.5mile chunks, and ended up doing over 3 miles altogether....He's going to show up the Ol' man!

3 miles on tuesday, and another 3 this morning. Hopefully The season is officially open here in Beantown.
